The SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default, is specific and explicit to SMS consent, is not combined with other consents, and is optional — it is not a mandatory field and is not a condition of submitting the form. The consent disclosure displayed next to the checkbox is: “By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS property inquiry updates, appointment reminders, document delivery notifications, and transaction updates from Market Value Solutions Group LLC. Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.”
Method 2 — Keyword Text-In: By texting a keyword (such as DEAL or TODAY) to (833) 770-9230, you agree to receive SMS messages from us. A confirmation message will be sent upon opt-in.
Method 3 — Verbal Consent During Phone Call: During a live phone conversation with a member of our acquisition team, you may be asked: “May I send you some information via text message?” If you verbally agree, your consent is documented in our CRM system with the date, time, and name of the team member who obtained consent.
Double Opt-In: After providing initial consent through any method above, you will receive a one-time confirmation text message asking you to reply YES to confirm your subscription. You must reply YES before receiving further messages. We do not send messages without this confirmation.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or receipt of any services from Market Value Solutions Group LLC.

Program 1 — Owner Outreach / Customer Care (Mixed): Informational and conversational SMS related to a property inquiry you submit. Messages include inquiry acknowledgments, scheduling coordination, follow-ups to questions you asked, and status updates tied to the specific property you referenced. Sent to individuals who opt in via website form, keyword text-in, or verbal consent during a phone call. No third-party sharing for marketing and no promotional messages are sent under this program. Owner Outreach / Customer Care messages are limited to your specific inquiry and related coordination or status.
Program 2 — Transaction Notifications (Account Notification): Automated transactional notifications related to active real estate transactions, including LOI delivery confirmations, purchase contract notifications, document execution status updates, and transaction milestone alerts. Sent to individuals actively engaged in a real estate transaction who have provided express written consent via our website inquiry form. No marketing or promotional content is sent via this program. Account Notification messages are limited to file- or property-specific transactional status. If your engagement becomes an active transaction, you may separately opt in to our Account Notification program for file-specific status alerts.
Program 3 — Lead Follow-Up (Mixed): Follow-up messages sent after a live phone conversation in which you provided verbal consent to receive text messages. Messages include property discussion follow-ups, appointment reminders, offer details, and document delivery notifications. No third-party sharing for marketing and no promotional messages are sent under this program. Lead Follow-Up messages are limited to follow-ups on topics discussed during a prior phone conversation.
5.4 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on activity. Messages are sent as needed and are not sent on a fixed schedule.
5.5 Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
5.6 Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send a single confirmation message: “Market Value Solutions Group: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from us.” You will receive no further messages unless you re-subscribe by texting START.

These providers process your phone number and message content solely to deliver the service on our behalf and are bound by contractual safeguards. Our current SMS delivery provider is Telnyx.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
