These Terms and Conditions include our Mobile Messaging Terms in Section 8. By using our website or services, you agree to all terms below, including Section 8 — SMS and Mobile Messaging Terms.
- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Market Value Solutions Group LLC is a real estate acquisitions company operating in Arizona, California, Utah, and Nevada. We specialize in acquiring residential and commercial properties using creative financing strategies including subject-to financing and seller financing arrangements. We do not provide licensed legal, financial, or investment advice.
- NO OBLIGATION
Submitting a property inquiry or entering into discussions with Market Value Solutions Group LLC does not create any obligation to sell, purchase, or enter into any agreement. All transactions are subject to negotiation and the execution of written agreements signed by authorized parties.
- WEBSITE USE
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website to transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content, or to interfere with the website’s operation or security.

Message types may include inquiry acknowledgments, appointment scheduling and reminders, document delivery confirmations, offer notifications, transaction milestone alerts, and follow-ups on property discussions. No third-party sharing for marketing and no promotional messages are sent under this program. Message frequency varies based on activity. Messages are sent as needed. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP; you will receive a final confirmation message. 8.2 Opt-In Methods

The SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default, is specific and explicit to SMS consent, is not combined with other consents, and is optional — it is not a mandatory field and is not a condition of submitting the form. Keyword Text-In Opt-In: By texting a keyword (such as DEAL or TODAY) to (833) 770-9230 as displayed on our website, you authorize Market Value Solutions Group LLC to send SMS messages to your phone number. You will receive an automatic confirmation message with opt-in disclosure.
Verbal Consent Opt-In: During a live phone conversation with a Market Value Solutions Group LLC team member, you may be asked: “May I send you some information via text message?” If you verbally agree, your consent is documented in our CRM system with the date, time, and name of the team member. A confirmation SMS will be sent to your phone.
8.3 Double Opt-In Confirmation
Opt-in is obtained via an unchecked checkbox on our inquiry form, keyword text-in, or verbal consent during a phone call, and confirmed via reply YES to our confirmation text before messages begin. After initial consent through any method above, you will receive a one-time confirmation request asking you to reply YES to confirm your subscription. You must reply YES before receiving additional messages. We do not send messages without this confirmation.
8.4 SMS Communication Programs
Market Value Solutions Group LLC operates the following SMS communication programs:
Program 1 — Owner Outreach / Customer Care (Mixed) Purpose: Informational and conversational SMS related to a property inquiry you submit. Messages include inquiry acknowledgments, scheduling coordination, follow-ups to questions you asked, and status updates tied to the specific property you referenced. Who receives: Individuals who opt in via our website contact form, by texting a keyword to (833) 770-9230, or by providing verbal consent during a phone call. No third-party sharing for marketing and no promotional messages are sent under this program. Owner Outreach / Customer Care messages are limited to your specific inquiry and related coordination or status.
Program 2 — Transaction Notifications (Account Notification) Purpose: Automated transactional notifications related to active real estate transactions, including LOI delivery confirmations, purchase contract notifications, document execution status updates, and transaction milestone alerts. Who receives: Individuals actively engaged in a real estate transaction who have provided express written consent via our website inquiry form. No marketing or promotional content is sent via this program. Account Notification messages are limited to file- or property-specific transactional status. If your engagement becomes an active transaction, you may separately opt in to our Account Notification program for file-specific status alerts.
Program 3 — Lead Follow-Up (Mixed) Purpose: Follow-up messages sent after a live phone conversation in which the recipient provided verbal consent to receive text messages. Messages include property discussion follow-ups, appointment scheduling, offer details, and document delivery notifications. Who receives: Property owners who have verbally consented to SMS during a phone conversation. Consent is documented in our CRM. No third-party sharing for marketing and no promotional messages are sent under this program. Lead Follow-Up messages are limited to follow-ups on topics discussed during a prior phone conversation.
8.5 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on activity. Messages are sent as needed and are not sent on a fixed schedule.
8.6 Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
8.7 Opt-Out
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single final confirmation:
“Market Value Solutions Group: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from us.”
You will receive no further messages unless you re-subscribe by texting START. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or receipt of any services from Market Value Solutions Group LLC.

8.10 No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data
We will not share your SMS opt-in consent or your mobile phone number with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with our real estate services. We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent data. We share phone numbers only with vendors necessary to send messages and manage transactions, subject to confidentiality obligations and contractual safeguards.
8.11 Data Retention for Messaging
We retain opt-in/opt-out timestamps, confirmation (YES) records, and message logs as evidence of consent and program compliance. SMS consent records are maintained for a minimum of 4 years. Records are deleted or anonymized at the end of their retention period unless a longer period is required by law.

We may initiate contact via phone to property owners to discuss potential real estate transactions. SMS messages are only sent after consent has been obtained through one of the methods described in Section 8.2 above. Recipients who do not wish to be contacted may request removal at any time.
9.3 Do Not Call / Opt-Out
To be removed from our contact list, reply STOP to any SMS, request removal during a phone call, or email office@marketvaluesolutionsgroup.com. We maintain internal do-not-contact lists and honor all opt-out requests promptly.
9.4 Call Recording
Phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and consent documentation purposes. By continuing a call with us, you acknowledge and consent to recording where permitted by applicable law.
- TCPA AND FCC COMPLIANCE

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, except where prohibited by law.
- CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Continued participation in our SMS programs after notice constitutes acceptance of updated messaging terms.
